The client receives extensive consultation on legal matters, taxation, and the optimal strategy for purchasing/investing. Next, the selection and presentation of properties is carried out. In negotiations with the seller, the real estate agent represents the client's interests, helping to achieve the most favorable terms. At the final stage, the client is accompanied through the process, including interactions with notaries, banks, and government authorities. Importantly, the agent is responsible for ensuring that all contract terms are fully met. After the deal is concluded, the handover of the property takes place, along with the transfer of all operational documents to the new owner. The real estate agent not only simplifies the process but also minimizes your risks.

The property is assessed, and a competitive price is determined based on the evaluation. Next comes the preparation of the property for sale: advice on improvements, recommendations for repairs, and interior design to create an appealing appearance. Then, a marketing strategy for the sale is implemented. At the negotiation and transaction stage, the real estate agent comprehensively organizes the process.
